1. The boat can only be rented by the person designated in the contract, which in any case must possess the qualifications for the rented boat.
 
2. It is forbidden to exceed the maximum allowable number of places on the model of the rented boat.

3. The speed limit established by the Navy Command in a port or less than 200m from the coast is 3 knots. It is prohibited to exceed the established limit, like water skiing in areas of bathers and ports.

4. These boats can only get away a mile from the coast, so it is forbidden to exceed this distance.

5. Swimming areas must be respected all the time, anchoring always off the beaches. And also respect and stay away from the buoys and boats flying the flag of divers.

6. The contract holder assumes all liability for a fine, penalty or loss / damage arising from the breach of any provision of this agreement and / or any breaches of Spanish and international laws in force and in particular against the laws fishing, fishing, in search of archaeological sites or rules of the marine committed during the contract.

7. The boat will be delivered and returned at the port basis: Port of Ciutadella, Menorca (Spain). The handover will take place from 10:00 h. and return at 18:00 pm, except as otherwise provided in the contract in particular.

8. In any case the boat will be returned, with all their equipment under the same conditions in which it was delivered, and the date and time mentioned in the contract in case of delay in repayment or place other than that stipulated, the company will not refund fines until the contract holder pays all the expenses needed for the movement to the port basis, in addition to those days, as the case hours of delay used in such delay.

9. The boat is always obliged to stay overnight in its port basis, or, in a mooring approved, always having communicated in advance of the company and that it has agreed. In case of agreement, the contract holder will bear all costs and be liable for any claim in its entirety, as well as losses to making it a condition for the leasing company.

10. The abuse on the use of the boat shall entitle any person authorized by the company to retain the same without the right to a refund of rent to the contract holder.

11. The fuel (petrol, diesel and oil) is not included in the rent, so the boat must be returned with the tank or fuel tanks filled. As a general rule, the contract holder will have to refuel gasoline (unless it is of note that diesel) and an authorized person refills the oil tank and then the contract holder will pay to the company the amount consumed. If the contract holder does not return the fuel tanks filled, the company will retain the fine until the bond is paid the amount of fuel consumed in the service.
 
12. Rates include an all-risk insurance with franchise. The franchise will be different depending on the model of the craft, and in any case will be brought its quantity in the contract in particular.

13. The propellers, the sunshade and punctures are completely excluded from the insurance of the boat. The contract holder is responsible for their status during the same period of the contract and the time it could lose its replacement or repair.

14. Any damage to the vessel or equipment for this negligence, misuse or lack of care during the contract is not covered by the insurance also does not meet, so that the costs and damages shall be supported by the contract holder.
 
15. The contract holder will make a deposit / bond in credit card (remember to submit an ID card), adapted on the boat rented before the start of the lease, as a guarantee of compliance of the general clause and the performance of the contract. This deposit will be refunded to the completion of the contract once the good condition of the vessel and its equipment, along with that has been refueling fuel tanks in the manner and to have returned all accessories delivered to the output.

16. The company assumes no liability for damage or loss in any of the property left by contract holder or other person in the boat during or after the end of the lease. The renter assumes the risk of such losses and relieve the company of any claim for them and undertake to keep it free and harmless from any claims that occur due to this cause, or for late or delayed as a result of damage to the boat, and even the possible changing of the status of the sea caused by unforeseen weather causes.

17. The company rents their boats according to the current prices.
 
18. Reservations are accepted only if they are accompanied by the 50% of the total amount of rent if the contract holder has completed and signed and whether the pre credited their graduation. Payments will be made in advance by bank transfer, cash or credit card. In the case of bank transfers and income the company will undertake any commissions or similar charges for such an operation.

19. The remaining amount will be paid before departure of the vessel at the time that the contract is formalized.
 
A) In the event of any cancellations for reasons of personal contract holder, the company will charge:

 15% of the total rent if the cancellation is made 3o days prior to departure.
 30% of the total rent if the cancellation is made 20 days before departure.
 50% of the total rent if  the cancellation is made 15 days before departure.
 60% of the total rent if the cancellation is made 10 days before departure.
 80% of the total rent if the cancellation is made 5 days before departure.
 100% of the total rent if the cancellation is made 1 days before departure.

B) In the event of any cancellations due to bad sea state forecasting or bad weather, the company will recommend that the rent is not conducted, because it could be dangerous to the integrity of the people and proceed as follows:
 
 In a regular contract, money will be refunded unless the rent has been postponed for another day.

 In discounted rents, one day of bad weather will be treated like a regular rent. On the next bad weather days, the company will only return 70% of the day that is lost.

20. This agreement is governed under the laws of Spain and in the event of litigation is going to the courts of Menorca for his discretion.
